Obviously my first 2 attempts at the sleep cycle have failed miserably (the first attempt was better than the second). Here's hoping that third time is a charm! I had a very short sleep yesterday, and have not taken any naps, I think I'm in a good position to start another round now!
So I'm going to only sleep 4 hours when I get to bed today, and do a 30 minute nap around 5pm and another 30 min nap around 2am. Let's see if i can do it this time!!!

ReplyDeleteHey, I just stumbled across you're blog. I'm on day 6 of the uberman right now (check it out at http://luketheuberman.blogspot.com/) I've noticed that I actually have a lot more sleep inertia (tiredness) when I take 30 minute nap vs 20 minute nap. I think the reason for this is I slip into deeper sleep after 20 minutes or so, which makes waking up even harder. Anyway, good luck! I'll be following along.
